I attended an early morning meeting this morning, and on my way to the church, I was thinking about how beautiful the fog is. God has given us such a beautiful world! Thank goodness, the fog, beautiful as it is, should be gone tomorrow, and all of us can breathe again. I was regretting that I did not get any really awesome photos in the fog. But...when I came home and drove into the driveway, I noticed a big flock of birds resting in the trees behind my house. I quickly went inside and grabbed my camera. I was ready when I opened the door, but my presence frightened them and they took flight. It probably made for a better shot anyway. I added a little texture to enhance the look. Be sure to left click on the photo to see it bigger, otherwise, it will just look like yuck!

I think that's a great picture. I did zoom in on it but it looks cool without the zoom also.
Tell Ralph Happy Birthday from us.
I think you accomplished your awesome picture of the fog! This is amazing.
The picture on my blog was taken with a little kaleidoscope thing (kids toy from the dollar store!) I just held it in front of my lens and took the picture through it. It isn't anything spectuacular. The focus could be better, I'm sure (hand held at over a second!!!!) but I'm feeling lazy today. Thanks for your kind comments :)
